A one-off opportunity for a strong Senior Property Manager to join this thriving independent lettings business based in Stockport. This reputable Estate Agent has an established lettings business and is looking for a Senior Property Manager who can take over a portfolio of managed units alongside managing a team of property managers.

The successful Senior Property Manager will be experienced within Property Management, managing a team, hardworking and reliable. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. You must have a good understanding of lettings legislation and have the ability to deal with high pressure situations.

The Senior Property Manager will have had previous experience working within an office environment, ideally within a similar property related role. You must have experience in using Microsoft office packages.

This role will include all aspects of Property Management including, building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, issuing section notices and dealing with general lettings administration.
