Full-time (36 hours per week)  Contract And Transformation Lead     contract to start on 27-01-20 until 26-04-20 with a possible extension.

Provide strategic commissioning support throughout the whole commissioning cycle including the management and development of contracts and contracted activity. Provide strong leadership and effective management to a portfolio of cross-functional commissioning and transformation projects and their associated contracts to achieve improved outcomes for Customers. Take responsibility for engaging with services and markets to ensure effective support for commissioning strategies and the delivery of specific projects. Ensure that commissioning strategies are outcome-led and soundly based on knowledge of performance. Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop service requirements and focus the commissioning cycle consistently on evidence of need and drive outcomes and efficiency. Provide expertise and leadership in relation to Contract Management across the Commissioning Directorate, with responsibility for the development and oversight of activity to ensure that maximum value is derived from all contracts.
