Our client, an energy service company based in Cove have a Vacancy for a Stores team Leader.
  
The main purpose of the role is to lead a team of stores personnel and ensure the efficient stock handling & storage of products.
  
Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Store goods in a safe and appropriate manner
- Identify and implement improvements to existing ways of working
- Perform stock takes
- Interact with customers in a positive manner
-Resolve conflicts of priority
- carry out weekly routine safety inspection audits
- Ensure that all equipment associated with stores are regularly maintained
- Take part in tool box talks

 Experience/Skills required:

-Previous experience in a team leading role
- Good Communication skills
-Ability to work on own initiative
-Ability to motivate and encourage a team
- Customer and quality focused
  
A forklift licence would be advantageous but not essential.
