My client requires a Governance and Support Administrator to join their team on a 10 week assignment, in their modern offices in Didcot.

Governance and Support Administrator

Job Purpose:-

The Governance and Support Administrator acts as administrative support to the specialist teams and will support administration of events and preparation work for committees.  Working within the Governance Support team, the role will operate flexibly to provide support and cover for each other.

Job Responsibilities:-

Administration tasks to include:-

  • Arranging meetings to include catering, venue booking and ensuring the event goes smoothly.

  • Administering expenses and credit card statements.

  • Co-ordinating calendars and booking meetings.

  • Handling correspondence and documentation.

  • Monitoring shared mailboxes and passing enquiries onto the relevant contact.

  • Handling telephone enquiries.

  • Updating the website.

The successful candidate will have:-

  • Administration experience.

  • Experience of supporting committees and formal meetings.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including basic website content knowledge.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Excellent time management, interpersonal and organisation skills.
