We are very excited to recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for our client based in Heald Green.

Duties of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Dealing with import and export administration – previous knowledge in this field isn’t essential as the company offer both internal training and courses with external training organisations too!
  • A high proportion of the communication is via email due to suppliers and customers being worldwide; however, a professional, personable telephone manner is also a must.
  • Managing all aspects of the sales process from receipt of enquiry to shipment and invoicing, including close liaison with Sales Manager
  • Liaising with agents and warehouse worldwide to arrange and coordinate dispatches

Skills/Experience/Attributes required for the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A positive, enthusiastic, friendly, hard-working demeanour
  • Language skills are desirable but not essential
