We are very excited to recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for our client based in Heald Green.

- Hours: 35 hours per week, 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm (or anything in between these times)
Duties of the Customer Service Administrator:
- Dealing with import and export administration – previous knowledge in this field isn’t essential as the company offer both internal training and courses with external training organisations too!
- A high proportion of the communication is via email due to suppliers and customers being worldwide; however, a professional, personable telephone manner is also a must.
- Managing all aspects of the sales process from receipt of enquiry to shipment and invoicing, including close liaison with Sales Manager
- Liaising with agents and warehouse worldwide to arrange and coordinate dispatches
Skills/Experience/Attributes required for the Customer Service Administrator:
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A positive, enthusiastic, friendly, hard-working demeanour
- Language skills are desirable but not essential
