We are really pleased to be recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for our fantastic client in Crewe.

Having already placed 4 candidates here (who are all still there and loving it) we can confidently say this is a great place to work!

Due to a member of the team accepting a secondment to another department, they require a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a 6 month contract.

Working in a modern, open plan office, within a vibrant, friendly team where everyone works hard but has fun and banter throughout the day.  This is a varied role which includes a mixture of handling inbound calls and administration so the days will just fly by!

The team often like to socialise outside of hours and the business organises events throughout the year. 

Details/Package:
  • Salary: £17,076.80 per annu
  • Potential OTE of £100 per month
  • Contract Duration – 6 months but may be extended
  • Hours: 8am - 4:30pm or 9:30am - 6pm Mon-Fri, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 1pm (paid at time and a half) 
  • Crewe with free parking
Duties of the Customer Service Advisor:
  • Answering incoming calls from customers, dealing with any enquiries or queries in a polite, efficient and helpful manner
  • Updating customer records on an in-house database
  • Deal with queries received via telephone, email and post
  • Planning own workload to achieve daily objectives
Skills and experience required for Customer Service Advisor role:
  • Enthusiasm and a true desire to learn and offer exceptional customer service
  • Good general education including GCSE’s Maths and English (Grades A-C)
  • The ability to learn and navigate around new IT systems
  • A friendly and courteous telephone manner
  • Previous customer service experience is ideal but our Client is a big believer that processes and systems can be trained if you have the right attitude and desire to learn and succeed.
