We are currently recruiting for two excellent, experienced Registered Nurses to join a well established and outstanding care provider to people with dementia and their families.   Our Client believes in providing the best possible, tailor made care plans to each individual in their care.  As the Registered Nurse you will also have the same attitude – people come first.

Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities:

• Contributing to the assessment, planning and implementing of individual’s nursing care plans
• Ensuring the administration and storage of medication are safe and in accordance with NMC guidelines and the practice of the home
• Reporting all incidents and accidents to the Registered Manager
• Providing an excellent Clinical service by way of teaching and support to others
• Liaising with external Health Care professionals involved with the treatment and care of patients, ensuring the best possible medical, nursing and social care outcomes are being met
• Taking charge of a shift in the absence of the Registered Manager if required
• Being aware and observing the Health & Safety procedures of the Home
• Maintaining the highest possible standards of individualised care for the patients in the Home

Registered Nurse Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN)

 Desirable Qualifications & Experience: 

• Experience with Dementia Care would be desirable but by no means essential
