Service Desk Manager - Eastbourne, East Sussex - Salary DOE
My client who are a leading IT Support and solutions provider are seeking an experience Service Desk Manager with some strong Windows focused experience to join their growing team based in Eastbourne.
In this role you will head up the clients in-house service desk team. You are responsible for the daily operation of the Service Desk team which consists of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line Engineers. You will manage the teams workloads, schedule the technical calendar and manage the tickets based on urgency and technical ability/availability.
Essential skills:
- Windows server management
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- Exchange/Office 365
- TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP
- Server Virtualisation
- Networking and Routing
- Full clean driving license
Desirable skills:
- Citric - XenApp and/or XenDesktop
- IP Telephony
- Veeam
