exciting opportunity has arisen for a Helpdesk Support Analyst to join my clients growing company based in East Malling.
The company are at the start of a major expansion and will be looking to add many new members of staff to their team over the next year, so this is a very exciting time to be joining the team.
You will be responsible for building and developing the Helpdesk and to develop a knowledge base of technical solutions to ensure that the customers queries are sorted quickly and professionally.
Other responsibilities include
• Assist and direct staff and customers where support tickets are raised
• Identify and implement any necessary technological advances for enhancing business products and services
• Maintain and update existing products and services and provide documentation to support and educate employees and customers in said use
• Manage, support and maintain software and hardware used in the organisation's day-to-day operations and services.
We are looking for candidates with a Helpdesk background with knowledge of understanding customers problems and offering relevant solutions. You will need to be very customer service orientated with the ability to build relationships. You will also need to have a desire to learn new skills and be pro-active to keep your level of expertise up.
