Full-time (37 hours per week)  Interim Procurement Contracts Specialist     contract to start on 24-02-20 until 31-05-20 with a possible extension.

Contribute towards effective delivery of the procurement strategy. Oversee the lettings of major contracts to ensure corporate procurement standards are met. Support Group Managers and their services through the tender process for the procurement of contracts. Provide support guidance and feedback for suppliers who are interested in bidding for client work, including supplier engagement events and opportunities. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain prices, delivery, specifications and contract duration for lower value contracts. Help the Group Manager for Financial Services ensure that all aspects of Procurement and buying comply with the Financial Regulations. Ensure that the workplace’s purchasing activities comply with EU procurement legislation and other appropriate legislation.
