Position: Estate Agent Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator

Estate Agent Negotiator Package: £18k - £20k  Plus Commission - £33k- £37K OTE

Location: Dunmow

The Role: As an Estate Agent Sales / Senior Sales negotiator working with a premium market leading Estate Agency brand you will be responsible for property viewings, selling properties, registering applicants, carrying out administrative duties and conduct yourself in line with this Estate Agent’s company ethos in delivering a first-class service. You will be dealing with properties in the upper / mid market and as such you will be expected to handle yourself in this market place.

Requirements:

• Previous Estate Agency experience or sales experience with a targeted role.
• Presentable.
• Full UK driving license and use of own car.
• To be able to work as part of a team.
