Seeking an experienced Customer Services Advisor to work on a 35 hour per week contract role to start on the 10-07-17 until the 29-09-17 with a likely extension.
Hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Purpose of Role:
• Will have preferably have worked in Local Authority Customer Service Call Centre Environment, but can have worked in any commercial call centre and have some administration experience.
• Must competent using CRM and computer systems
• Experience required within a call centre environment
• Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9-5 with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
• DBS Essential
• Candidates will be required to complete a Telephone interview.
