Job Description:

n exciting opportunity exists for a Campaign and Partnership Manager to join the UK office in Central London reporting to the Hub Head. If you are passionate about South Africa, travel and tourism and possess the required qualifications and skills, we invite you to apply.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Ensure each campaign has clear metrics as agreed with the hub head
  • Ensure that campaigns achieve appropriate return on investment in line with corporate goals
  • Provide optimization and performance results reporting against metrics/KPIs as and when required
  • Carry out post campaign analysis to measure value add and impact against objectives and provide learning for future campaigns
  • Work with the Brand and Marketing business unit to understand stakeholder feedback to influence future design work
  • Drive competitor benchmarking to understand promotional activity and campaign trends
  • Participate in promotional activities necessary to drive awareness of SA Brand in country
  • Establish and maintain relationships with on-line travel aggregators, media, trade, PR agencies
  • Ensure database is updated monthly with contact details
  • Ensure South African content is provided to on-line travel aggregators
  • Ensure communication updates are sent to trade
  • Conduct all relevant admin regarding work functions within set requirements and time lines
  • Facilitate required payments within set SA Tourism requirements and policies
  • Provide information for the annual report within set time lines and requirements
  • Participate as an active employee of SA Tourism by actively participating in management meetings and committees

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level in Travel Trade/Sales/Communication
  • 3 years in Travel Trade /Sales/Communication or a related field
  • Managing multi integrated campaigns simultaneously
  • Advertising, digital and CRM marketing knowledge and experience
