You will provide the scheduling of installations and fulfilment support in a fast paced, high growth environment.

 

Duties:

  • Reaching out to customers to schedule installation of orders, while coordinating with subcontractor technicians.
  • Escalating all order issues with the Operations Management team.
  • Participating in weekly installations review calls and providing updates on outstanding orders.
  • Keeping organized records of customer orders.
  • Identifying and recommending opportunities to improve processes.

 


Even Better if you have:

  • Fluent English+ Dutch
  • Experience working with customers/clients directly and ability to influence decision makers.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com and SAP.
  • Ability to make and receive 100 phone calls per day.
  • Strong listening, communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
