An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join us in our Head Office based in South Cerney within our established Property Division.

As a Recruitment Consultant in our team you will be joining a dynamic recruitment company who pride themselves on their fresh approach to the market. We specialise in two markets; 'Property & Construction and 'Information Technology’. Our goal is to be the market leader in both of these areas and we are well on the way to achieving this.

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Property team, someone who has the ambition to progress their career & earn more money. The right person will have be outgoing & have the confidence to make sales calls.

If you have experience in Estate Agency and know the market then that is desirable. A lot of our team have a background in sales or lettings.

Some sales experience is a bonus, but is not essential as long as you have the right attitude. You will be given all of the training you need on both a one to one basis and on the job.

Recruitment Consultant responsibilities will include;

-Candidate Resourcing (Identifying CV’s, Interviewing Candidates)

-Writing Job Adverts

-Responding to applicants who have applied through job adverts

-Name generation of main recruitment contacts

-Adding information to Magnus James’ internal database

-Client business development

-Registering new vacancies & taking details from the client

-Arranging interviews

-Giving / Receiving feedback

-Negotiating T&C’s

-360 degree recruitment

Recruitment Consultant desired Skills and Experience

  • Experience in Estate Agency/Property is desirable
  • Excellent client communication skills - both face to face and telephone
  • Sales experience
  • Good business acumen and business development skills
  • Ambitious & Driven with initiative
  • Passion for winning and delivering a 1st class recruitment service

Remuneration

You will be provided with a generous basic salary & a lucrative, above industry norm, uncapped commission scheme which will reward success. On top of this you will have access to our company benefits scheme 'Perkbox'.

In addition, we also run individual & company incentives of which include activities such as go karting, clay pigeon shooting, nights out and weekends in Europe.
