Job Description:
Profectus have a brand new requirement for an IT Support Engineer for a client based in Central Reading.
The role is working for an established tech SME who are growing their IT department. The role involves 2 primary responsibilities, 70% of the position will involve Desktop Support in primarily a Microsoft environment, 30% will involve Administering Atlassian applications namely JIRA, Bitbucket & Confluence.
Key Skills Required:
- Microsoft Windows Desktop Support Experience
- Some knowledge of JIRA and/or Confluence & Bitbucket
- Active Directory Administration Experience
Bonus Skills
- Basic Linux Admin
- Apple Mac Support Experience.
