• Salary: up to £35,000 basic + commission (OTE up to £52,500)

• Manage and develop a customer database covering European markets
• Budget and strategic planning
• New business as well as developing existing accounts
• Profit and Loss accountability
• Increase product offering from existing portfolio
• Monthly reporting of challenges, initiatives and opportunities

The most important things to the Sales Director are having the right attitude and determination.  Someone who is driven, passionate, hungry for the deal but only as long as it is the right deal – not afraid to walk away if the numbers don’t stack up.

• Strong rapport building skills
• Self-motivated, resourceful and able to manage own workload
• Strong team spirit
• Excellent communication skills
• European language is desirable
• Previous Business to Business sales experience is ideal
