Profectus Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to come and be a part of a close-knit and highly successful team based out of their outstanding Central Reading office.

It may be that you have worked in recruitment for a little while now and don’t feel supported or the expectations around KPIs are too great and you seek an environment where you are given enough time and space to develop your market but have the full support of the management team around you.

We’re looking to expand our markets in Marketing, Information Technology and Digital and now is a fantastic time to join Profectus Recruitment. Ideally we are looking for someone to pick up a warm Marketing Desk but are flexible to other markets as well.

Profectus Recruitment offer a very interactive and practical training scheme that will be tailored to your current level of experience, we believe that training should be fun and so you will not find yourself sat in a room for 2 weeks reading through endless training guides! The training scheme at Profectus involves a range of different exercises and activities all in which assist in increasing your knowledge, understanding, experience and confidence.

There is a great team structure at Profectus Recruitment and we have consultants of all levels. As a business we understand the importance of promotion from within and a number of our consultants have worked their way up from Trainee to Senior level. We also have Team Leaders who have followed the same path from trainees so the career path is here to be followed and we will guide and assist you on this journey.

The successful recruitment consultant is able to earn commission immediately; there are no nasty thresholds or unrealistic targets at Profectus Recruitment. In addition to this you will be informed of the targets and requirements in order to achieve promotions in line with your ambitions.
