The Linux Technical Support Engineer will join my client’s Enterprise IT Team which supports their EMEA based customers.
You will be responsible for taking on tricky technical challenges and have to use your complex IT troubleshooting skills to help their customers and partners find possible solutions.
There is no technical ceiling on this opportunity as you will own cases from initial pick up all the way up to working with their development team.
