Climate17 are working for a growing, well-established consultancy in Surrey and we are looking to hear from an experienced Renewable Energy Consultant.

If you are a communicative person with a background in energy and engineering and you like working with developers and architects across in the new-build environment across sectors to agree on, deliver and implement the Renewable Energy solutions, this is the job for you.

Responsibilities:

• Informing clients about their options regarding energy usage and helping them to develop systems to improve their efficiency
• Analysing the client’s usage of energy during previous years and collecting data using data modelling software
• Conducting field and feasibility studies
• Writing concise and intelligible reports on your research results
• Reporting regularly to your client to update them on ongoing processes and recommend the best energy solutions
• Developing strategies on how to practically implement solutions based on your research
• Presenting results to clients and recommending options on how they can improve their energy usage

About you:

• At least 2 years in advising architects and developers regarding Renewable Energy solutions
• Sound technical understanding of the RE solutions, their benefits and variety.
• Honest, transparent communication aimed on understanding the clients’ needs
• Ease in forming positive, new, long-term relations
• Presentation skills
• An analytical eye for detail
• Project management skills
