We at Driver Hire Southampton are recruiting for our customer who is a national dairy. They are looking for reliable and honest people to deliver milk/local produce to their customers.

As a milk delivery driver you will be given a set route and will make deliveries.

For the first few weeks you will be paired up with an experienced Milk Delivery Driver.

Location: Southampton

Working hours: 22:00 – 07:00

Nights per week: Monday-Saturday

This role will then become permanent after 10-weeks. The benefits will then include:

Annual Salary:  £24,312 per year

Responsibilities of the milk round delivery driver:

To deliver an excellent customer service experience in line with the customer’s 7am guaranteed delivery time.

The role involves loading and unloading your delivery vehicle. (You must be comfortable lifting upto 25kg crates)

To ensure that Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times. (Training will be given)

To collect customer payments, if required.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

Maximum 6 points on driving licence accepted.

Must be comfortable working alone and night work.

Ability to meet the physical and mental demands of the role.
