My Client is a leading Software, Web & SEO agency, they are currently recruiting for a talented and passionate account manager to lead the customer project delivery teams at their Teesside office.

Working with a unique blend of clients, you will be the main point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for managing client projects and delivery, client servicing and upselling by building long term relationships and becoming aware of client needs in line with our service offering.

Main duties/responsibilities:

Manage allocated projects, and client accounts acting as the main communicator to clients and our internal team. Provide pro-active client servicing and tight project management to deliver the highest level of client satisfaction, managing client expectations.

  • Understand a client’s brief, and share with the internal teams in a clear and inspirational way.
  • Keep all members of the team regularly updated on the status of ongoing projects
  • Plan the developers work with them and agree on deadlines to achieve delivery on time and within budget
  • Select, lead and motivate the team from both internal and external stakeholder organisations.
  • Monitor the work to make sure it is on time and within budget.
  • Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time.
  • Consistently engage with the customer over the telephone, in person and via email to ensure they are fully engaged with the process. At Calm digital, we guarantee a superb customer experience throughout along with managing any challenges and amendments with a clients project.
  • Pro-actively manage client relationships, to identify early signs of problems and to be aware of opportunities to add value.
  • Meet or exceed client expectations at all times
  • Organise, co-ordinate and prepare credentials documentation, presentations and proposals in relation to client opportunities
  • Use initiative to recommend new ideas and processes internally
  • Retention focussed

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Digital experience within Account Management, Client Relationship or Project Management role
  • Knowledge of our Industry and service offering.
  • A client-first attitude, ensuring internal teams share knowledge of the importance of our clients
  • Retention focused, continuing to help our clients with future projects

The successful Digital Account Manager will be accountable for the successful delivery of client work from order placement through to completion. The account manager will manage the lifecycle and ensure the customer is retained for future work. Our strategic and supportive aftercare program supports the customer and maintains them as an ongoing account achieving consistent repeat business for Calm.
