Job Description:

Our client is an international FMCG  company based in Egham

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to provide HR administrative support and guidance to Line Managers / the HR Manager. This is a part-time role 25 hours a week over 5 days/ Monday to Friday (the client is flexible on when the hours are performed but ideally wants them completed over 5 days)

Based within an office located in the warehouse your duties would include;

  • HR administration
  • Providing 1st line HR advice/ support
  • Producing reports/ managing HR & Training databases
  • Assisting with disciplinary and grievances (note taking in meetings etc)
  • General admin
  • Use of; Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Existing skills

We are looking for someone who has previous experience working in a similar role (HR Admin), someone with a strong and organised personality coupled with a professional/ positive attitude. Ideally, CIPD qualified


This is a small well-formed/friendly HR department. Our client offers a varied HR admin role with a good benefits package which includes a yearly bonus

Please note the salary is up to and including £28,000 pro rata which works out at £20,000 pa for 25 hours a week
