Payroll is hard. Really hard. I mean, it's people's pay we're talking about, right? Nobody works for free. So payroll has GOT to get it right, right?
How do you feel about joining a newly formed team? You'll be working alongside a Payroll Manager who has started a journey to change the way payroll is done in the business.
This role sits within a HR function, dealing with all things payroll. Internal and external customers, HRMI, pensions, HMRC regs, company benefits, policy, procedures - the lot.
It's going to be busy. It's going to be an all-in kind of gig. It's going to be fully immersive.
But it's going to be fun. It's going to be rewarding. It's going to give you experience you've yet to have on your CV.
