Our client, a large healthcare organisation, require a CIPD qualified Senior HR Advisor/HR Manager with experience in a healthcare setting to work with them.
The post is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week and will be for 3 months initially which may be extended.
To provide guidance and support to the Hospital leadership team with regards HR policy and procedure and to ensure effective and consistent employment practices are in place at site. To ensure that colleagues are recruited, on-boarded and paid in a manner that fits with our purpose and values. Liaises and builds robust relationships with HR colleagues in Central HRD to create consistency and best practice.
Knowledge / Education / Skills
Experience as a Senior HR Advisor in similar size sites.
