Digital Marketing Manager

Profectus have a brand new requirement for a Digital Marketing Manager. Working for this prestigious brand as the Digital Marketing Manager your role will be to implement its global digital marketing strategy and the associated digital campaigns to maximise the customer experience for consumers, retailers and hoteliers.

You will support the Company Marketing Director and the key priority will be to manage a range of internal and external digital projects to add value to the user experience. A strong collaborative relationship with the brand management team to develop content pillar strategies to maximise engagement and conversion is essential.

You will hold a genuine interest in the digital space and be able to spot emerging trends, technologies and opportunities and be able to advise, select and implement these.  Previous first-hand experience of website design, build and optimisation plus user journey development for both b2b and also d2c ecommerce platforms is key, along with SEO, paid search and use of analytical behaviour tools to create actionable insight. Day-to day experience of running multi-phase email automation and monthly campaigns.

Experience of managing a small team is ideal. Working with a roster of digital and marketing agencies, and the wider brand marketing team, promoting the power of sustainable sleeping, ensuring global brand standards are met and key messages, brand awareness and brand reputation are maximised.

This position would suit a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager, looking to develop their skill set managing an international digital marketing strategy for a global brand.

Ideally with circa 10 years’ experience of strategic digital marketing management, web development, ideally including e-commerce, with a strong background in SEO, paid search and email marketing, as well as at least 3 years’ experience of people and budget management.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, we are looking for a confident, flexible, and well-rounded digital marketing professional with deep understanding of all digital channels. You will have strong commercial acumen and be sales and results driven; self-motivated and be customer-obsessed.

You will be resilient and adaptable, a strong team player and a self-starter, and able to work on a number of projects simultaneously, confidently juggling the priorities and demands of stakeholders from across the businesses.

A robust strategic thinker; organised and tenacious, with great project management and analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
