THE JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager

THE PRODUCT: OEM Automotive Aftermarket Parts

THE SALARY PACKAGE: Up to £45,000 Basic + Bonus + Car + Benefits

THE TERRITORY: Midlands

 

THE COMPANY:

A global corporation that supplies a range of OEM automotive parts into the automotive aftermarket industry.

 

THE ROLE OF A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:

 

As a business development manager, you will be working across the Midlands, utilising all tools at your disposal to grow and develop your area.

Your customer base will consist primarily of motor factors in which you oversee in an account management capacity. Alongside this, you will also get involved with the tender processes (when they come around) with the buying group head office’s, supporting the director. Responsible for a large account base, your task is to ensure that your products are at the front of everyone’s shelf!

Working from home, you will manage your own workload, diary and journey plan and work closely with both the sales manager and other sales team members to pursue the overall objective and ensuring continued growth. Alongside this, you will hold a number of other responsibilities including training, marketing, promotions, workouts and trade shows.

EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:

 

Due to the nature of this role, this organisation really needs someone to hit the ground running as quickly as possible, so it is ideal that this individual will have existing experience of dealing with automotive motor factors and buying group members.
