A day in the life…
This position will see you join our client’s Enterprise IT Technical Support Team. You will be responsible for providing technical support to their EMEA based customers facing different technical challenges on a daily basis.
You will need to use your IT Infrastructure troubleshooting skills to help their customers resolve issues around their products and other technologies such as; Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V, Storage, Messaging and Backup!
Our client are looking for an Engineer who can progress into one of their Principal Level Support Teams in 6-12 months giving you a huge opportunity for growth and progression!
