Pearson Carter are currently working with an established End Client based in London who are looking for a talented Business Development Analyst with extensive Dynamics 365 CRM experience.

They offer a great salary of £55,000 depending on experience along with a brilliant all around benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Design, test and document new processes or manage changes to existing ones. Specify system requirements for implementation by IT / Software Development based on business needs.
• Operate as subject matter expert for for T1, T2 and related business processes

Requirements:

• Must have Dynamics 365 experience (functional)
• Analytically minded
• Accurate and good eye for detail
• Able to define strategies for Dynamics 365
• Experience analysing & interpreting data.
