THE JOB TITLE: Key Account Manager

THE PRODUCT: Industrial Products & Consumables

THE SALARY PACKAGE: c£45,000 Basic + Bonus + Car + Benefits

THE LOCATION: Midlands (Covering UK)

THE ROLE OF A KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER:

As a key account manager, you will look to cultivate relationships with the customer base across the UK in the industrial distribution sector. With the opportunity to spread your wings and get involved in a huge range of customers of all shapes and sizes from a variety of sectors with the industrial marketplace tying them all together.


Dealing at the highest levels within the distributors is key, as is an adaptive approach which will allow you to create strong and long standing relationships, all aimed towards building the brand portfolio and growth within the UK.

 

Offering a fantastic range of high quality of products and an unbeatable service proposition you will have plenty of opportunity to grow and develop existing accounts while at the same time, have the whole of UK’s industrial marketplace to develop new ones.


This role would ideally suit someone that is looking for a position where they can manage key multi-million-pound relationships and have the trust to grow their sector for the long term.

 

EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER:

It is crucial to have a good working knowledge of the industrial marketplace. Alongside this, experience of managing key accounts (ideally distributors) and being able to prove positive business growth is crucial.
 

Working in a close-knit UK team, you will need to be comfortable both working on your own initiative while also supporting the wider team when required. A humble approach is key, knowing that no customer is too big or too small to deal with.
