Systems Engineer - Storage / NAS / SAN / NetApp

Opportunity to work for a leading global platform, solutions and services company focusing on IT, storage and cloud technologies / strategy at their offices in Munich OR Leipzig.

Responsibilities

•  Operation, test and development of a storage infrastructure
•  Operation of NAS / SAN environments in an enterprise environment (NetApp)
• Plan & Implement changes according with ITIL and processing of incidents and problems.
• Perform Fault analysis and troubleshoot storage operations using ITSM Tools.
• Work closely with colleagues from other infrastructure team to optimize infrastructure.

Your Experience

• IT specialist in system integration and storage expert.
• Professional experience in the IT operation of NAS/SAN Environment (NetApp, HDS, HUAWEI).
• Advanced knowledge of ITIL & ITSM tools.
