Deputy Nurse Manager
Location: S.E London, SE25
Salary: £47,000
We have a fantastic opportunity for a caring and compassionate Deputy Manager in a 60 bed nursing home close to Camberwell. The home provides nursing, residential and dementia care to 60 elderly people and they strive to provide high-quality, compassionate care through a person-centred focus.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
Previous experience of caring for elderly people, palliative care, clinical auditing and teaching staff/junior nurses.
Sound knowledge of CQC requirements.
Excellent communication skills.
A proven track record of leading, supervising and inspiring a team.
Flexible approach to duties.
Good problem-solving skills.
