Job Description:

Due to our continued success, we are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Social Media Executive to join our team.

If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career with a progressive company, then we want to hear from you. Joining our team, you will be creating, developing and delivering a strategy for social media accounts. You will ensure that the content created is in line with the current brand identity and tone of voice to ensure a constant brand message is delivered. Most importantly you need to ensure everything is done to a high quality and in the correct timescale.

This is a flexible role with lots of directions to grow – whether it’s flexing your creative muscles in brainstorms, becoming a metrics whizz or developing new ways to grow our offering commercially. To do well, you’ll need previous experience in both using social media and producing online content.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the management team, sales team and our external website designer to develop and lead the business brand strategy ensuring it is reflected positively throughout the business
  • Develop, own and implement a marketing plan
  • Researching and writing content for a wide range of materials and platforms including case studies, award entries, PR and social media
  • Co-ordinate exhibitions
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Flexibility and willingness to undertake additional duties if required

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of social media techniques
  • MS Office, excel, word, power point and 365
  • Excellent communication skills including writing reports and conducting presentations
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work as part of a team
