Are you an experienced Lead Software Developer/Manager looking for a chance to be a founding team member as a Director? This is an exciting opportunity with a VC backed Tech-Start-Up based in Central London, offering remote working until this situation has blown over!

You will be working alongside the company’s current Directors to build your own team and to design and implement their vision; to provide an under-developed industry with break-through technologies.

You will also be working with remote teams across Europe. The clients are looking for a true leader with a proven track record of working with Software Developers and having a strong knowledge and understanding of Software Development and the principles of DevOps

The ideal candidate will have a true hunger and passion for the product, be highly ambitious and eager to learn. The client will always endeavour to provide you with whatever you may need to help progress your professional growth and development with them.

This role would suit;

Software Development Team Lead/Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager with hands on coding abilities, anyone already at Director level willing to get their hands dirty once and a while!

Responsibilities

• Manage the product vision and product roadmap

• Manage a remote team of Developers and Designers

• Manage recruitment when necessary

• Liase with stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven record of working in Web Development

• Experience of coding in PHP and React

• CI/CD setup experience

• Understanding of development for high-load, scalable, and building API applications

• DevOps knowledge

• Working in an Agile Environment

• Experience of work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ

• Strong experience of working with stakeholders
