Job Description:

Our Client are a highly reputable Information Technology Solutions Provider offering network management and help desk MSP services to business throughout the UK. Head Offices based in Central London, they are currently looking to recruit an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) in a newly created role to support their expanding operations in the UK.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, principle duties include;

  • Provide prompt first touch contact with inbound enquiries
  • Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate and drive leads through the sales process by initiating appointments with the channel sales team
  • Follow up with the channel sales team, post meeting. Determine result of respective meeting and follow up appropriately to assist in the sales close
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to prospect queries
  • Build strong prospect and client relationships, through regular communication
  • Report on enquiries from initial contact to current status
  • Suggest company services that maximise client satisfaction
  • Communicate with the channel sales team and senior management promptly, clearly and pro-actively
  • Coordinate with Channel Managers to create customised sales plans for key clients if applicable
  • Work with the channel sales team and senior management on event lead initial contact and qualification following industry events
  • Arrange pre-sales assistance within team should a prospect require technical support
  • Act as the bridge between marketing and sales. Be cognizant of each marketing initiative and work towards corporate objectives
  • Meet daily, weekly, monthly phone and email communication goals in accordance with the strategic plan as developed by the Global Head of Sales
  • Consistently log and record every outreach made in Autotask and/or Mindmatrix producing regular activity reports as requested by the Global Head of Sales

Person Specification;

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Autotask, Salesforce, Zoho etc)
  • Knowledge of the MSP and IT Industry
  • Must interact effectively with all levels of management and staff
  • Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation and appointment setting
  • Understanding of the sales cycle and the belief you can close smaller deals
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High degree of professionalism and good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to report on activity and take direction from colleagues and senior management
  • Highly motivated and a strong desire to succeed
  • Be part of a dynamic team and be an ‘all-rounder’ within the Inbay team to get the job done
