Job Description:

Our client is a prestigious company, based in stunning offices in Liverpool’s business district. They are currently seeking a high calibre front of house manager/PA, to work along-side 2 directors and to assist them with the general running of the office function.

My client’s highly professional and fast-paced office makes for a great place to work, and the business is looking for an efficient and highly organised PA to manage the administration function within the office.

The role

The successful candidate will be working very closely with the firm’s directors daily to provide full administration support. Therefore, my client is looking for a highly organised, self-sufficient candidate that can manage multiple projects.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Front of house management, regularly meeting with high profile clients
  • Diary management for 2 directors
  • Arranging meetings and travel
  • Producing client correspondence and emails
  • Producing excel reports
  • Arranging and attending networking events
  • Dealing with clients as the first point of contact
  • Marketing and social media updates
  • Meeting with clients both on and off site
