Lamonby recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Operations Manager working within the Housing Division. The company are an established M&E services provider to the residential sector and work with some of the largest names within the construction industry, they have been providing plumbing, heating and electrical services for over 30 years and have a well know reputation for delivering projects on time.
Operations Manager Role
The successful Operations Manager will have responsibility of overseeing all profit and loss, budgeting and site auditing, working closely with contracts managers to improve standards of work and to minimise risks on site.
A key element of the position will require you to have a strong background of electrical and gas compliance regulations so you can insure all projects are being run to the correct working standards and procedures of the company.
You will play a key part in keeping communication with all managers and senior members of staff to ensure projects are being delivered on time, health and safety procedures are adhered to and monthly budgets reports are submitted to the Directors.

Role Requirements and Qualifications
Previous experience in managing project budgets and P&L reports
Establish training requirements for staff if needed
Provide forecasting reports for Directors
Responsible for ensuring stock on site is replenished
Promoting the company to increase turnover
