The workload will consist of a mixed caseload, tailored to suit and expand your current experience. The work will primarily consist of Development Management application work for one of their key local planning authority clients. This role would require the successful applicant to work on site with this client once every one to two weeks.

Salary guide:

- Planning Consultant/Officer: £27,000 to £31,500
