Senior RFIC Design Engineer

Senior RFIC Design Engineer with experience in Analogue IC Design using Cadence Virtuoso and knowledge of 4G / 5G wireless communications required by well-established company based in Essex. The Senior RFIC Design Engineer will play a critical role in the development of a range of products with broad commercial applications within wireless communications.

Key skills:

• 5+ years’ experience in Analogue (and ideally RFIC) IC Design
• Strong knowledge of Cadence Virtuoso analogue design and verification tool
• Requirement capture and RF IC macro architectures & specifications
• CMOS silicon experience
• Strong communication skills
• A desire to work collaboratively within an innovative, R&D focused team

Desirable skills:

• Experience of creating innovative solutions and documenting them (e.g. in publications or patents)
