Software Architect, .NET Core, Ci/CD, APIs, Cloud, AWS

We’re looking for a Software Architect to join one of the UK market leader SaaS providers of technology to financial advice firms. If you’re interested in working within a Finance company but still want to be working on the latest technology, then this company could be for you!

They want people that like to be innovative and use open architecture technology to widen the reach of advice to ensure more of their customers have access to their services.

You will need to be comfortable architecting at a high level of abstraction, yet able to work at a detailed technical level too. Ideally coming from a Fintech background, but not essential!

You’re going to be instrumental in helping to shape, evolve and document the architecture that underpins their existing platforms. They’re currently moving from monolith to microservices and you will be coming in and helping lead this so previous experience working with transformations especially within a finance environment would be fantastic. You’ll be responsible for a delivery team so previous technical leadership is essential.

Key Skills you need to have:

• Experience in designing, building and operating distributed systems
• Microsoft .NET Framework / .NET Core
• Rest API Design
• Container/automation and cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Hashicorp, AWS)
• Strong understanding of Ci/CD pipeline with multiple daily deployments to production
• SQL Server
