Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Advisor to join a highly successful housing developer that has experienced steady growth and has established themselves as a leading name in the Residential market.

This highly reputable developer operates throughout the UK and is looking to recruit into their North-West division. They are keen to hear from individuals with experience in either New Homes Sales or Estate Agent Sales. 

About the Role

As the successful candidate for the New Homes Sales Advisor role, you will be working alongside the Sales Manager and will be predominantly based on site. The overall purpose of the role is to sell New Homes at the guide price (or above) within a forecasted period of time. You will be providing excellent customer service and will work to the company guidelines at all times. 

Your duties will include: 

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of the product and the company USPs
  • Escort visitors around the Sales complex and ensure they are fully informed
  • Receive telephone enquiries from potential customers and provide appropriate information
  • Ensure Health & Safety is adhered to at all times
  • Keep all prospective buyers up to date with weekly phone calls
  • Close sales by completing the reservation form and taking reservation deposits
  • Complete all paper work with speed and accuracy to support the sales process
  • Build a strong working relationship with the visitors in order to push the sale forward
  • Liaise with Solicitors and Surveyors in order to progress each sale to exchange of contracts ensuring all notes are documented accordingly
  • Manage part-exchange properties effectively to ensure a speedy re-sale, maintaining regular contact with the Estate Agent
  • Receive complaints/issues/concerns from customers and ensure that appropriate action is taken to address them

Candidates requirements: 

  • Strong customer service background
  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Proven Sales experience with strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Ideally have a good knowledge of the property market
  • Self-motivated and Target Driven
  • A good listener
  • Well-presented and approachable
  • Flexible with working hours
