The Principal Supportability (ILS) Engineer will be joining a globally established company where you will have the responsibility for the delivery of Supportability work packages, across a range of projects.

The Principal Supportability (ILS) Engineer will have a proven ILS background.

You will be providing mentoring and coaching to junior members of the team, aswell as using your ILS knowledge and expertise.

Experience needed:

• A detailed understanding of Supportability or ILS (integrated logistic support.)
• Experience delivering ILS work-packages.
• A good understanding of a variety of ILS tasks including RMT, LCC modelling and LORA.
• Familiarity with a range of common toolsets such as OPUS, Windchill (Relex), Favoweb and SAP.
• An ability to identify and tailor Supportability requirements to different types of in-service support contracts and be familiar with the requirements of the DLF and DLODs.
• Experience of the business winning process, including preparation of supportability task estimates for bids and proposals, identification of risks (and mitigations) and opportunities.
