A rare opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Commercial Property Manager to join this thriving independent Commercial and Residential Estate Agent business based in Coventry. This reputable Estate Agent has a highly established  business and is looking for a Commercial Property Manager who can take over an extensive portfolio.

The successful Assistant Commercial Property Manager will be experienced within either Residential Property Management or Commercial Property Management, hardworking and reliable. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. You must have a good understanding of lettings legislation and have the ability to deal with high pressure situations.

The Assistant Commercial Property Manager will have had previous experience working within an office environment, ideally within a similar property related role. You will possibly be a Residential Property Manager looking to break into Commerical Property Management. You must have experience in using Microsoft office packages.

This role will include all aspects of Assistant Commercial Property Management including, help in building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, assist in dealing with maintenance, assist in the management of service charge budgets and conduct periodic inspections.

• Previous Commercial Property Management or Residential Property Management experience is essential
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
• You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
• Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
