Technical Support Implementation Consultant – South East – Remote Role

The business is showing signs of huge growth at a time others are slowing down. They are conducting remote virtual interviews and onboarding remotely.

These positions will be part of a Technical delivery team with no limits in the tech used but the platform is multithreaded and has many layers and applications.

The experience we are looking for is;

* Technical Support
* Client Integration

* Strong technical skills
* excellent knowledge of the product which will be acquired once in role, and strong personal skills to support our collaborative approach to working with customers.

* You will be responsible for identifying new requirements arising during a project delivery, and ensuring that those requirements can be met either through configuration or development

* Experience of looking after a Project plan

Technical Skills sough are as follows;

-MySQL

– Linux or Ubuntu

-Experience of real time systems

-External client work B2B

– Understanding of Development functions – Java

– Experience of running technical implementations
