Job Description:
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To provide technical support for SAP CRM system to service managers throughout Europe operations and work on system maintenance along with process improvement.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Helpdesk Requests for Customer Service system processes
- Identify and implement improvements to systems and applications to meet forecast company's business requirements
- SAP CRM system maintenance
Key Steakholders
- European subsidiaries' users
- HQ team members in South Korea
- Internal team members
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Essential -
- Over 4 years of experience or equivalent of SAP modules in a support or project based role
- Reading and debug knowledge of ABAP
- Database (Oracle, MS-SQL) experiences
- Overall knowledge of general aspects of IT industry including networks
- Good client facing and communication skills to all levels of management
- Ability to analyze business requirements from all key liaisons
- Self starter, able to work under own initiative
- Good team player
- Well presented, professional and dedicated
- Good understanding the business process of CS Warranty
EXPERIENCE:Essential -
Good understanding of cross functional points
- Good technical knowledge and understandability
Advantage -
- Previous experience or equivalent in SAP CRM CIC
- Previous experience or equivalent in SAP CS
- Previous experience or equivalent in SAP FI
- Previous experience or equivalent in SAP SD
- Previous experience or equivalent in Customer Service business
- Ability to speak Korean
