Contracts / Project Manager - Flooring
Our client is an award winning, long established and highly successful Commercial Flooring Company operating in Central London and the Home Counties. Customers are high end office refurbishment contractors, commercial developers and high end residential clients.

Due to expansion, they are looking for a Contracts / Project manager.
This is an interesting and varied role which involves:
·Managing multiple contracts to finish on time and within budget
·Approving invoice payments
·Various other duties
To be considered for this role you must have:
·Experience of working as a contract manager / project manager in flooring
·Experience of trade flooring installations including sub flooring
·Experience of managing on site labour
·Excellent communication & negotiation skills and the ability to deal with the team, suppliers, site supervisors and clients.
·An ability to work under pressure, prioritising a busy workload to meet deadlines
In addition, you’ll need to be a well-motivated, adaptable individual who is willing to work weekends/evenings/early mornings where required.
