We at Driver Hire & dh based in Crawley, West Sussex are on the lookout for a recruitment resourcer to join our team.

With this being a very important position for us to fill, we are looking for an individual with specific traits and attributes. Things such as; hard working, down to earth, polite, punctual and enthusiastic go a long way in our books!

Previous experience working in either recruitment or sales is desired but we are looking for specifically, the right attitude and application and along with the above traits we can teach you the rest.

A typical week in the life of a Driver Hire & dh Resourcer involves:

- General data entry (inputting candidate and client details into a computer system) & working with basic excel spreadsheets.
- Handling incoming calls and making outgoing calls.
- Meeting and greeting candidates face to face.
- Conduction research/survey calls to both new & existing clients.
- Asking screening questions to potential new candidates.
- Placing adverts for temporary and permanent positions.
- Replying to emails and handling queries in a timely manner.

This role will involve resourcing tasks and other responsibilities related to 2 different sectors.

Starting salary for this role will be £17,000-£19,000 per year. After successful completion of a 6 month probationary period, a bonus scheme will then be put in place which will be completely separate to the basic salary. From there on there are annual salary reviews depending on performance & opportunities to progress to a 360 recruitment consultant & more!
