We are working with an inspirational youth charity to recruit for their Director of Fundraising and Impact, this role will be responsible for developing the fundraising strategy, diversifying income streams as well as overseeing impact measurement for the charity. Currently much of their funding comes from trusts and foundations however they have non-financial partnerships with some amazing corporate partners and a small portfolio of major donors. This role will focus on expanding these relationships to increase the total voluntary income.

This role sits within a small team, you will work closely with the CEO and Chair of Trustees and you will need to be ambitious and personable, the team is full of energy and passion for their work so you’ll need to be committed to supporting young people to achieve their potential.

You will have:

• Strong experience in high-value fundraising, ideally with a mix of trusts, corporate and major donors but they will consider someone with a strong background in one area

· Demonstrable experience of working creatively and with an entrepreneurial flair

• Drive, motivation and pro-activity alongside a collaborative approach
