Job Description:

Business Development Manager – Event Software

The Business Development Manager will generate new client sales for a worldwide software company into a number of different industries including financial, retail & pharmaceutical. My client is looking for a hungry new business hunter with a proven track record for hitting sales targets. My client is open minded to senior or more junior Business Development Manager’s which is why the basic salary is open.

What you'll do:

  • Create a strategic sales plan for prospective clients
  • Understand & establish customers’ needs
  • Managing sales pipeline with CRM system
  • Build relationships with customers and explore further opportunities maximising sales opportunities
  • Manage all aspects of sales process from start to finish including negotiation process
  • Prepare and present clients proposals and maximise the volume of our solution
  • Managed pre-qualified leads
  • Manage existing accounts and work closely with project management team to develop client relationships and maximise potential revenue

You'll definitely:

  • Have a proven sale track record
  • Must have sold SaaS
  • Be comfortable with travelling nationally
  • Have experience of presenting to Senior/Executive level
  • Sold into Financial, retail & pharmaceutical
