Profectus Recruitment is looking to recruit a Support Technician who will assist our client as their business continues to expand.
The main job responsibilities include first line customer support and infrastructure maintenance in a Microsoft Office SharePoint environment. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, and working as a part of a committed team.
The successful candidate will have a passion for working with technology, be able to work well with others and have a “can-do” attitude. After appropriate training you will be expected to participate in our standby and call out support rota.
